- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Backend Engineer, demonstrating a deep understanding of web-based technology applications.
- Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining applications using Ruby on Rails is preferred. However, a strong ability and interest in working with Ruby on Rails will also be considered.
- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), clean coding practices, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and agile methodologies. Familiarity with Functional Programming and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is advantageous.
- Experience with other programming languages such as Javascript, Elixir, Scala, and Python is highly valued. The ability to adapt and learn new languages and technologies is essential.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
