About the role

We are creating a new D2C product in the LegalTech/InfoTech category and we are looking for a CEO who can take care of day-to-day operations, execution, and building a world-class team.

 

About you

The ideal candidate for this role should have significant experience running a tech company. You have a proven track record of leading under pressure and have previously managed large teams. As CEO, you are expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, consistent execution, resilience, and a deep understanding of our target demographic.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Steer the company’s strategic growth, collaborating closely with both the Founder and the Board to drive business expansion and progress.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability while optimizing operational expenses.
• Refine and redefine the company strategy in alignment with changing market trends and emerging opportunities.
• Lead by example, setting the tone for a dynamic and dedicated team to strive for success.
• Make data-driven decisions and oversee the development of key performance metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, CAC/LTV, onboarding conversion rate, ARPU, and user retention.

 

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) time zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

Interview Process
