Overview
Note: This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Nigeria or Europe. You will work closely with colleagues and customers across Europe, North Africa, and APAC. To ensure effective collaboration, candidates must be physically located within a time zone range of +2 or -2 hours from Central European Time (CET).

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
This role is crucial for driving our growth through targeted paid advertising, audience mapping, deal value estimation, and HubSpot management.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the banking and fintech sectors, combined with a proven track record in growth marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Paid Advertising Strategy:
- Design and implement a comprehensive paid advertising strategy across various digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Capterra, G2 Crowd).
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Audience Mapping:
- Identify and map out our target audience, including key companies and relevant contacts within those organizations. Must be proficient with ZoomInfo, Lusha, PhantomBuster
- Utilize data analytics and market research to refine audience segments and targeting strategies.
- Maintain an updated database of potential leads and clients.
Deal Value Estimation:
- Identify and evaluate serviceable financial institutions in our key markets.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to estimate deal values and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-value deals with detailed tracking and reporting.
HubSpot Management:
- Maintain and improve our HubSpot tracking and reporting system.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management of all marketing and sales activities.
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance, lead generation, and ROI metrics.
- Train and support team members in using HubSpot effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS, banking, or fintech sectors.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with audience segmentation and targeting in complex B2B environments.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
