About the role

We're looking for a Mid-Level Developer to join our team. Your primary focus will be developing and enhancing the Remote.io platform using Remix. You'll work closely with the CTO in a hands-on role, take ownership of your tasks, and grow alongside the company.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain core features of the Remote.io platform using Remix.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Identify opportunities to improve functionality and user experience.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to strategic decisions.

What we're looking for

Required skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Experience with Node.js, React, and Remix.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of your work.

Nice to have (but not required):

• Experience with PHP/Laravel.
• AWS Experience: managing and optimizing the AWS stack, including AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.

Compensation

Equity options are available, but direct remuneration is based on a profit-sharing basis, allowing you to directly benefit from the success of the company as we scale. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with the company and potentially take on a leadership role within Innovation Labs as we expand.
